Republic County 7th and 8th graders held their annual 'Wax Museum' Tuesday night. The students chose an 'Innovator or a Legend' to impersonate and recite facts about their life. The public was invited to attend, the event was from 6-7 pm. Additional pictures will available in next week's online edition.

Republic County Schools are hosting the Cross Country Regionals!!

Expect lots of crazy traffic and parking in the country club and high school area!!

This regional is double the size of our school’s regular season cross country meet and although the Police department and school are working to put together better solutions to traffic and parking it will still be alot!

So tempororay cones and no parking areas will be along one side of 23rd street and some intersections to ensure traffic can flow and emergency responders can get thru the area!

Go Buffs!!!

Help support the Republic County food bank by donating to the annual Republic County School food drive. Please have your donations in a bag on the curb by 8:30 am on Wednesday, October 21st.

Republic County will be competing at Regionals on Monday, October 19th beginning at 4:00 pm at the Colby Event Center (1200 South Franklin Ave Colby, KS)

Order of Play:
Oakley vs Rep Co in (Main Gym), Sacred Heart vs Rep Co (Aux Gym), Clifton-Clyde vs Rep Co (Aux Gym)

Good luck to the Lady Buffs as they work toward advancing in postseason play!
