Huron County Fair Livestock Auction: A Resounding Success!

We're thrilled to report that this year's Huron County Fair Livestock Auction was a tremendous success! The sale moved at a brisk pace with competitive bidding throughout the day. Our skilled auctioneers, Don Sweeting and Roger Hunker, maintained an energetic tempo from start to finish, keeping the excitement high and the bids coming in.

We're proud to announce some impressive figures from this year's event:

Our sale gross, including add-ons, increased by 3% or $13,156 compared to 2023.
On average, each exhibitor received $116 more than last year.
These numbers reflect the incredible support from our community and the high quality of livestock presented by our young exhibitors. The increase in both overall sales and per-exhibitor earnings demonstrates the strength of our local agricultural community and the value placed on supporting our youth.

We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to all the buyers, bidders, exhibitors, volunteers, and everyone else who contributed to making this year's auction such a resounding success. Your support directly impacts the future of agriculture in Huron County.

Exciting News from BW Final Drive! OVER $1.5 Million in ADD ON’S

We're thrilled to wrap up an incredible Summer County Fair Season, and it's all thanks to the amazing support from our community! From Ohio to Indiana and Nebraska, BW Final Drive has been there every step of the way, making this season one for the books.

With your help, we've achieved over $4 million in gross sales, a testament to the dedication and passion of our supporters. But that's not all! We're proud to announce that BW Final Drive has also contributed an additional $1.5 million in ADD On's to our exhibitors' accounts!

It's been heartwarming to see support pouring in from 31 different states, with over 3500 bidders coming together to uplift our Jr Fair Exhibitors. Your generosity has made a world of difference in these young talents' lives, and we couldn't be prouder to be a part of it!

Finished the last county fair of the season in Ohio. Our own Roger Hunker sold part of the Geauga County Fair. Awesome sale with lots of records broken!
