Always fun to see how they hold up and evolve when you know they have been impeccable stored from release. 😉 This wonderful bottle of Perrier-Jouet Grand Brut was disgorged on the 39th day of 2012 (February 8th). Special Guest Mark Newton (owner/winemaker) from DiStefano Winery shared a '91-'95 Cabernet Sauvignon vertical. A great showing for aged WA wine. The '91 was a particular standout for the night.
