San Antonio Franchise Owners Barron Perales and Nathaniel Kalt (pictured in black) recently participated in the Taste of the Republic at Fiesta San Antonio.

Their focus was connecting with restaurant owners and sharing how to turn empty tables and slow nights into new customers, valuable referrals, and increased buying power for their businesses.

We’d also like to extend a sincere thank you to the ITEX members who contributed to the success of this event, including BloomingBridge, Unify ( PermaChef USA on Facebook ), and the host of Taste of the Republic, Chef Brian West with West Point Culinary Institute.
