AUDITIONING FOR THE CAMERA WORKSHOP FOR TEENS
(ages 11-16)

One Day Intensive

Jodi Rothfield, CSA of Jodi Rothfield Casting, is offering a rare opportunity for teen actors to go through the audition process with a professional Casting Director and get immediate feedback. The purpose of this class is to strengthen auditioning skills and give the actor a simple technique to break down script, make appropriate choices, execute those choices and take direction.
Class is held on zoom
Instructor: Jodi Rothfield
Class Meeting: Saturday, June 6, 2026
(10am – 4:30)
Class is limited to 8 students on a first come-first served basis.

Hi Colleen,

I’m reaching out from Freehold Theatre in Seattle’s Chinatown/ International District. I wanted to let you know that Freehold is offering a new program that your members may be interested in that we're calling Advanced Training Intensive. ATI is similar to conservatory training, but with far less expense, a shorter commitment, and built with the working professional in mind. Freehold is also partnering with The Northwest Film Forum for a component of the program that includes dedicated classes in filmmaking and film production for the artists who want to create their own work beyond the traditional emphasis of theatre.

The program will run from September 2026 through June 2027. Applications have been extended to May 18. In-person auditions will be May 30. I have also attached the press release for you to share (please note the press release has the original deadline date of May 11—not the updated deadline of May 18).
