PLEASE SHARE!!! CHILD ABUSE CASE DISMISSED AGAINST FORMER VUSD TEACHER, COURT SAYS STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS HAD PASSED
VISALIA, Calif. (KFSN) — Parents of alleged child abuse victims are in shock and disappointed after the case against Lacie Ann Horsting, a former Visalia Unified Special Education teacher, was dismissed on Wednesday afternoon in a Tulare County Courtroom.

My nephew is one of the kids that got the most abuse from this teacher. She was reported for kicking him in the chest and multiple slaps in the head. The crime had been reported years ago and the Principal dismissed the claims and NEVER TOLD MY BROTHER. They swept it under the rug and it wasn’t till a brave employee decided to tell the Sheriffs office about the abuse was something done. Now, because of statute of limitations that were allowed to pass by the administrative personal at Highland Elementary, this piece of s**t was let off.
Please share to get awareness out. She will be back teaching somewhere and abusing other kids.
Unbelievable that the principal and other members of the school district allowed this to happen.
When we give our kids to public schools, they now belong to them. They say it’s not their responsibility to notify parents of what happened in the school. Stop giving up your rights and stay homeschooling NOW.
