The job search is challenging. It leaves most tired and demotivated. I have heard from many clients: "I have applied to hundreds of job applications, with few or no interviews." Not to worry, there is a way to search strategically and make the process fun. We will begin by focusing intensely on your passion and competencies and align them with the right organizations and, ultimately, the perfect fit. Both for you and the employer.

Here is what you can expect. The client below approached me wanting to leave his current job but did not know how to exit successfully. He did not know where to start.

We met, and we discovered his passion for sales! He told me many stories about his sales and marketing experiences. Cold calling, managing social media, and driving thousands of dollars in conversions. These were golden competencies that I could include.

I returned to my computer, armed with many accomplishments to highlight for my client and went to drafting his resume. He was delighted with the results and is interviewing for his dream position.
