It's ant season. It's spider season. It's stinging insect season.
And yes, it's yellowjacket season too.

We're talking about both the six legged yellowjackets building nests around your home and the two legged yellowjackets going door to door selling pest control contracts.

Both can be persistent. Both can be aggressive. And both deserve a closer look before you take action.
If someone knocks on your door claiming you need immediate pest control service, take a few minutes to do your homework before signing anything. Ask questions. Check reviews. Verify who you're dealing with. If they're showing you photos of a "terrible" crawlspace, make sure it's actually yours.

A few things to ask:
• Do you have a Washington State Department of Agriculture license?
• Do you have a solicitor's permit?
• What services are actually included?
• How does your pricing compare to local companies?
