JUST SOLD!! Some homes are more than houses—they are part of a family’s story and a community’s history. 🏡

This special home was purchased brand new in 1940 by our sellers’ parents, who went on to raise their family there. For generations, it has stood on an important corner connecting Lynden with the Everson and Nooksack area..

We’ve had the privilege of helping this family navigate the sale for the past several years, offering suggestions, resources, and trusted contacts as they prepared for the day the home would come to market. We know it was an emotional journey. There was so much work to do—and even more memories to sort through and let go of.

We listed the home in mid-July, and the response was immediate. After a busy weekend of activity and a packed open house, we received a full-price offer. A few days later, we were officially PENDING! 🎉

What made the difference?

Our sellers trusted the process and followed through on the recommendations we made.
