Lady and the Porter (Batch 1). When Apple Flavor is More Important than High Alcohol. This is a Limited 1-time batch of bittersharp keeved cider.

"Lady Apple from 1700s France dances with "Porter's Perfection Apple"
from 1800s England.

Both are bittersharp apples that give a super-crisp and refreshing sparkling semi-dry cider with a balanced profile of light tannins and crisp fruity tartness.

Court Pendu Gris an odd shaped French russeted dessert apple that adds excellent aromatics and acidity to bittersweet cider. The apples mostly grow in "Two Packs" so strange and fun to pick!.

PROFILE: Sweet, Sharp, Dessert, Intense Flavor, Very Aromatic.

ORIGIN: France, 1300s

NOTE: Most apples have a unique flattish oval shape.

Another Year of "Priceless Pear" perry just harvested. It will bring liquid sunshine to you in 2026.

It is a mixture of Winnals Longdon, Thorn Pear, Yellow Huffcap, Gin Pear, Butt Pear, Conference Pear, Red Pear, Seckel, Romania Perry Pear, Gelbmostler, and a selection of Asian Pears.
