We have been very busy this end of winter/beginning of spring and I haven’t posted much.

Walk-in, tiled shower with matching wall tiles to the bathroom floor.

Also torn down plaster wall to reveal the original brick, related what was loose/broken and repointed the joints.

What was just a small porch had turned into a beautiful sunroom.

LVP flooring installed.

Multiple windows for all of the light exposure.

Mini-split to keep warm in the winter and cool in the summer.

French doors open up to a beautiful, covered trex deck.

Scissor trusses make for a gorgeous pine ceiling.

We’ve been busy this fall and start of the winter and haven’t posted in awhile.

❌Deck Update❌

Two wooden decks that has been around for 20+ years, needed a face lift.

Tore down existing structure and added framing to make these two decks into one.

Composite decking.

Custom cable handrails.

Dusk-to-dawn lighting on all posts and all steps.

Underneath the deck, we’ve installed Dry Space to waterproof.

Finally, replaced two exterior doors with newer doors.

🪚❌Deck and Custom French doors❌🪚

Framed this 16’x21’ deck and installed New Tech composite black decking.

Wrapped all of the columns with western red cedar and installed 3/16” black stainless steel cable for the hand rails. Installed dusk/dawn lighting under each cap.

Custom built quarter sawn white oak French doors. Stained matched with the existing wood features in the house and painted the exterior black to match the deck.

❌Historical Barn❌

We got the privilege to work on a local landmark, Barkcamp Barn, to preserve the integrity.

Ripped all the weathered and rotted wood off and replaced with tongue and groove pine.

After all the new pine siding was installed we had Cleaner McGee's come through and paint.

❌Bathroom Remodel❌

This bathroom needed a face lift and the client gave us free rein on design.

Flush mounted shower pan gives the transition from bathroom floor to shower floor, flawless.

Custom designed focal wall with niche.

Shiplap accent wall.

Installed a new vanity and a bidet toilet.

What a fun and challenging bathroom to complete!
