Our client, an HVAC full-service provider, is currently seeking an experienced Office Administrator with a strong accounting background. Duties and Responsibilities:
•Serve as an initial point of contact for the company, answering phones and greeting visitors
•Various Accounts Payable and Receivable responsibilities (i.e. vendor invoices, customer invoicing, etc.)
•Organize and file documents, create correspondence, manage calendars to schedule appointments, sort and distribute mail
•Data entry to include sales orders and quotes
•Assist Office Manager with creating and editing financial documents
•Track and organize expenses for the company
•Offer general staff support as needed
Minimum Requirements:
•HS Diploma required
•Pre-employment background check and drug screening contingent with offer of employment
