Yesterday, I had the pleasure of speaking on the panel at the Voices & Dreams Networking Night, and what an amazing kickoff it was! ❤️

I heard so much truth, authenticity, and vulnerability in that room and that is one of the things I love most about Midwest Mujeres and organizations that intentionally create spaces like this.

It’s the authenticity you get to witness.
The stories you get to hear.
The connections that are made, have been made, and will continue to be made. most importantly the opportunity to witness people becoming.

Then came a moment I wasn’t expecting.

I had the pleasure of hearing one of my clients share with the room what her experience working with me has been like and I’m still in awe. ❤️

There’s something different about doing the work every day and then hearing someone else speak about the impact that work has had on them. That moment reminded me why I do what I do.

This is bigger than coaching. It’s about transformation, connection, purpose, and becoming.

And this is only the beginning. I can’t wait to see what the next chapter brings and who we are all becoming along the way. We’re not finished yet! We’ll see

Happy thriving Thursday!!

I always have an amazing time when I get with some amazing people!
