Another milestone on our journey toward operational excellence!
This week, the team at Amcor completed an impactful Lean Six Sigma training session. We dove deep into the DMAIC methodology (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) to boost our analytical capabilities and streamline our manufacturing processes.
Under the strong leadership of Dave Hall, Amcor keeps setting the standard for continuous improvement. A huge shoutout and special acknowledgment to our Black Belt trainer, Mike Rogers, for expertly guiding the team through this training and fueling our passion for learning!
