Big Day in Texas, stay in place rules have been allowed to expire. In its place, a phased plan to re-open the Texas economy strategically and safely has been implemented. Governor Abbott’s executive order GA-18 outlines the safety protocols and regulations in detail.

Phase I allows for retailers, restaurants, movie theater and public libraries to fill up to 25% of their capacity. Phase II will allow for up to 50% of the capacity to filled by mid May, this is of course dependent on the successful containment to the pandemic.

All in all a great first step!
