Hope & Future Leadership Coaching and Team Training has grown out of God's grace in my own life journey. Through God's grace, God has led me through various transitions in my life. These transitions have helped build me into the individual I am today and the person God is still leading me to be. It is about God continuing to use my gifts and experiences to help others. WHY is that so important? Because when dad and/or mom are fulfilled and feeling engaged at work, they bring to the home a more joy-filled environment and the children benefit greatly from that.

Here are a few Christmas traditions passed down to me. We always had a train and village under our Christmas tree. My dad built those houses under the tree and the outdoor church scene when I was just a wee little lad. Geandma always made delicious Christmas cookies.
