Talk about a tight squeeze! 😅 This washer and dryer set is tucked into a small laundry alcove with barely any room to spare, making repair access especially challenging.

Luckily, Tyler was up for the challenge! 💪🔧 Working on appliances in spaces like this takes some extra patience, problem-solving, and maneuvering, but he was able to navigate the tight quarters and successfully complete the repair. Nice work, Tyler! 👏

Two customers. Several companies called in. Still no answers! ⬇️

Both had electrical failures that nobody could track down. Brien Pippen worked through their panels piece by piece and found what everyone else had missed. Two systems back up and running.

One of those calls took Brien all the way to Florida. The customer flew him out to diagnose and repair the problem, and once the job was done, there was time left over for the beach.

Finding what others couldn't comes down to experience, attention to detail, and knowing where to look. Two tough problems solved. Two happy customers. ❤️
