We've heard the feedback that the initial launch of our Spotlight Reverse Recruiting package is too pricey for most families, so we are testing out a scaled down version for 70% off the original price at just $250 per month for three months,
Are you looking for someone to help you, or a neurodivergent adult child find a new job or advance in their career?
This three-month, trial subscription service includes:
- One introductory kick-off video conference to chat about goals, aspirations, fears, and suitable work environments.
- Review existing resume or job applications, and crafting a more effective customized resume
- Writing a customized cover letter
- Creating a LinkedIn profile page
- Searching job postings, reviewing job qualifications and requirements to identify opportunities best-suited for the job seeker.
- Applying for 15 different jobs well-suited to the job seeker's skill-level and career interests. This entails submitting online applications on the job seeker's behalf.
- Job seekers will have to participate in interviews on their own, though we will help support the preparation process.
- Providing one, one-hour coaching session per month. This can also be broken down into 30-minute sessions every other week to be used within the 90-day trial period.
Coaching can take place via email, chat or video conference, whichever is most comfortable for the job seeker and advocate. Parents/advocates are welcome to participate in any aspect of the process and to provide feedback.
