🥪 Bend Central District shoutout: ‘Wich Doctor Sandwich Co. is bringing serious summer flavor. ☀️

✨ Their Peach Pit sandwich special stacks sliced prosciutto, fresh peaches, chili crisp, fresh mozzarella and basil on a Sparrow Bakery baguette. Sweet, salty, spicy and stacked. 🍑🌶️

And don’t overlook the potato salad from their ‘sides’ options: yellow and red potatoes with dill-pickled cucumber, red onion, house mayo and cured egg yolk. 🥔✨

It’s creative, craveable food like this that makes the Bend Central District such a fun place to eat, explore and support local. 👏🏻

If you’ve been driving through the Bend Central District lately, you’ve probably noticed the road construction 🛣️ at Franklin Ave. & 2nd Street. While access has changed temporarily, we want to remind everyone that Bend Lock & Safe remains OPEN for business! 🔑 📍204 NE Franklin Ave, Bend, OR 97701

✅ The easiest ways to reach their shop are:

• Head south on NE 2nd Street from the north
• Access the business from NE Greeley Ave. coming either east or west

Please continue to support this longtime local business while construction is underway. 🙌🏻 Bend Lock & Safe has been serving our community for years, and your support during projects like this helps keep our local businesses thriving. 💯

The good news is that the current construction is ‘estimated’ to be completed in approximately two weeks, making access even easier again soon. 🚘

Get your chicken wing fix at one of the Pac NW’s most iconic wing restaurants; Fire on The Mountain. 🔥

👉🏻 Founded in Portland in 2005, Fire on the Mountain built a loyal following around its buffalo wings, house-made sauces, and laid-back neighborhood atmosphere before expanding to Denver and opening its Bend location in 2023. 💯

While the buffalo wings 🍗 are the star of the show, their menu offers plenty of reasons to explore beyond the classics.
