Shift home, officially launching in August, is a completely custom service to each and every individual…that offers support and expert programming specific to home gym environments.

Options include hybrid in person/online private sessions, fully online private sessions, and/or shared use of our brand new Westside functional fitness facility…all at custom price points and workout frequencies with programming that matches your specific goals.

How do we achieve this? We sit down with you and take a deep dive into your goals, your home gym equipment, and health history…from there we construct an individualized program that focuses on what is most important to you.
