This is from a shoot last week. I’m so thankful for the beautiful place I live. Today I also received my first nonpayment for a shoot. A women who is older that wanted me to make her 30 years younger. When I didn’t meet her expectations because I couldn’t take all her wrinkles away or she would look really strange, she refused to pay me. So many hours to squeeze her in, touch up photos with an agreed amount and she would not pay me over some wrinkles.

But it made me think about how beautiful age is. These mountains would not look this beautiful without age. Taking away my fine lines only make me look like I’m not as wise as I am. We live life, we age. I don’t understand how movie star pinch and change their faces to want to look younger and then in a role trying to convince us that they relate to the general population.

Age people, it’s beautiful and glorious. Like the beauty we surround ourselves with age makes us better and glorious.
