Job Responsibilities / Duties:

-Provide towing and roadside assistance in a safe, professional, and timely manner, free of accident, injury, damage;

-Submit accurate invoices and appropriate payment on time for processing;

-Complete pre-trip inspection sheets daily;

-Maintain truck fluid levels according to manufacturer standards;

-Maintain consistently excellent attendance;

-Abide by all Federal, State, and Municipal laws, rules and ordinances and maintain a clean driving record;

-Maintain truck and equipment in a safe, clean state, operating it in a safe and professional manner;

-Consistently ensure quality customer service through professionalism, timely response, skill and courtesy;

-Maintain personal appearance and uniforms in compliance with established Company standards;

-Cooperate with all co-workers;

-Provide accurate and timely service when releasing vehicles from storage on weekend and after hours;

-Attend driver and employee meetings as requested for job and safety information;

-Assist in training new employees when requested;

-Perform other duties, including dispatching, cleaning office and shop, and maintaining storage yard, as requested.

-Cleans and removes debris from damaged vehicles off the roadway for law enforcement.

-Perform lock outs for customers who have locked their keys in their vehicle.

-Removes, bends, or cuts parts of damaged vehicles preparatory to towing.

-Inspects truck equipment and supplies such as tires, lights, brakes, gas, oil, and water.

-Performs emergency roadside repairs such as changing tires, installing light bulbs, tire chains, and spark plugs.

Small local Construction Company is looking for a motivated, hard working candidates to assist in the installation of new residential exterior products. Specializing in the removal and installation of new siding on many residential homes in the Central Valley & Southern Oregon. Installs of new windows, doors and trim, interior and exterior. Training can be provided for the right candidate although some experience is preferred.

The ideal candidates are well-rounded with varied skills in construction trades, possess a strong work ethic and have a positive, collaborative attitude.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Complete exterior carpentry work.

Siding/trim installation, sheeting, framing, window/door installation
Flooring installation; such as tile setting/cutting, and lay wood or engineered flooring
Custom trim installations and closet packs, shelves and pantry systems, install cabinets.
Perform various other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

One year of experience in the building trades.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Proficient with various construction tools, power and pneumatic
Own set of bags and personal tools
Comfortable on ladders/scaffold heights.

Starting Pay Rate: $22-25 per hour; depending on experience

Day-to-Day Activities

Furnish taxpayers with sufficient information and assistance to ensure correct tax form completion occurs.
Conduct tax preparation research, answer questions, and resolve issues by responding to clients appropriately and within a timely manner.
Calculate form preparation fees according to return complexity and processing time required.
Answer questions and provide future tax planning to clients.
Explain federal and state tax laws to individuals and companies, including information about updated regulations.
Resolve customer complaints or refer situations to a supervisor for resolution when necessary.

The Restoration Technician’s role is to perform restoration work as assigned which may include the following duties:

GENERAL DUTIES:

· Being available for routine on-call rotational emergency services and after- hours work.

· To participate in demolition, remediation, cleaning, packing, moving, and being responsible for maintaining a clean and safe job site.

· Updating the Operations Supervisor or Operations Manager on any changes in details of projects.

· Customer Service

· Following written production procedures.

· Daily completion and tracking of job paperwork, timecards, checkout forms, vehicle records, and other necessary paperwork.

Education, knowledge, and experience required:

· High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent

· Work experience in restoration/construction industry preferred

· Commitment to working effectively in a team environment

· Ability to work safely at construction sites

· Results-oriented individual who can focus on the task at hand

· Knowledge of OSHA regulations and related building codes

· Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.

· Possess a valid driver’s license

· Restoration or construction certifications are considered an asset

· Flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities and deadlines.

Physical requirements:

· Must be capable of doing at least 5 pull-ups, 20 push-ups, and 30 sit-ups.

· Comfortable in confined spaces

· Comfortable working at heights/ladder work

· Must lift heavy items up to 75lbs on a routine basis.

· The workspace may be contaminated with heavy smoke residue, mold, and mildew, contaminated water, or other unsanitary conditions. Protective gear is available for use and is required on some heavily contaminated work sites. Must be capable of wearing a full-face respirator and protective full body Tyvek suit for several hours.

Position requirements:

· Wear professional, trade-appropriate, footwear and clothing.

· Must be inoculated against Tetanus and Hepatitis A & B, and COVID 19

· To attend and actively participate in ongoing training and certification as needed and to make every effort to attempt to pass any exams that may be required.
