Position Overview:
Perform fleet maintenance, including preventative maintenance of rolling stock assets, shop facilities, and coordination of third-party mechanic repairs.

Critical link between dispatch, driver group, maintenance, facilities, and management.

Evaluate daily business demands, report on truck and trailer downtime, and ensure high-quality service and safety of all Arrow truck and trailer assets.
