KD Consulting Accomplished Business Development Professional with Problem-Solving and Business Growth Skills Kris loves living in Central Oregon with her 2 kids.

Kris began her mortgage and real estate career in Kirkland, Washington. She started appraising in 1991 and quickly moved to a Wholesale Coordinator. After received her Washington real estate license in 1998 assisting a top commercial real estate broker in the Seattle metro area, Kris moved to Central Oregon to work as a Processor. She continued processing until becoming a Licensed Originator in 2004. Kris was also the Regional Manager for a local builder that covered all of Central Oregon, Eugene/Springfield, and Tri-Cities in Washington. In 2011, Kris switched to Sales and Marketing for a local title company helping lenders and realtors grow their business. Her passion has always been helping homeowners create long term wealth by purchasing a first home or working on building their real estate portfolio. Working in all facets of the industry has given Kris the wealth of knowledge that she and her team share with each personalized transaction. She strives to create the best options for her clients as well as helping her realtors grow their business. In her free time, you’ll find her camping, traveling, and spending time with her amazing friends and family.
