Thomas Lepper Associates is hiring! Legal support industry firm in Benicia seeking a part-time office assistant for our home-based office. The preferred candidate is professional, reliable, and courteous. Experience with vehicles is preferred.

Major Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
-Answering phones, directing, and returning calls, taking clear messages
-Copying, scanning, emailing, faxing
-Scheduling/calendaring
-Client contact, file opening, preparation of correspondence
-Assist with invoicing and accounts receivable
-Filing and maintaining organized files
-Inventory and ordering of office supplies
-Data entry & preparation of documents
-Hosting virtual meetings with clients
-Assist with writing and editing reports
-Providing general administrative support as needed

Qualifications/Skills:
-2+ years of office administrative experience with strong computer capabilities
-Proficiency in MS Office tools including Outlook, Word, Excel
-QuickBooks experience preferred
-Records management principles and practices
-Ability to multitask and prioritize workflow
-Ability to work well under pressure with shifting priorities and changing conditions
-Business writing ability
-Strong attention to detail
-Exceptional customer service skills
-Demonstrates initiative, flexibility, accountability
-Ability to speak and understand Spanish is highly desirable, but not necessary

Lepper, CFEI has been an forensic mechanical failure consultant offering expertise pertaining to automobiles, large trucks, motorhomes and trailers, passenger buses, motorcycles, boats, farming equipment and large and small construction equipment, Tom has shared his expertise with nationally known insurance companies and attorneys for well over 30 years. He has also offered testimony as an expert witness in over 100 sworn appearances in the Superior Court of California. Tom is a Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator (CFEI) as well as a licensed locksmith in the state of California. Tom is certified to download and evaluate the SDM / EDR (Black Box) with the use of our Crash Data Retrieval (CDR) tool.
