🏗️ NEW BUILDING. BRAND NEW HVAC SYSTEM. BUT IS THE DUCTWORK REALLY CLEAN?
Just because an HVAC system is brand new doesn’t mean it’s clean.
During construction, ductwork is exposed to dust, drywall debris, sawdust, insulation particles, and other contaminants created by the many trades working on-site. Even when ductwork is installed correctly, all that construction activity can leave a brand-new HVAC system dirtier than you might think.
And once that system starts running, you’re moving air through ductwork that may already be contaminated before the building is even occupied.
Here’s the thing: Duct cleaning shouldn’t only happen after a fire, a mold issue, or another major loss.
New construction projects deserve attention, too.
At Airroot, we believe in getting HVAC systems cleaned and ready for operation—not assuming they’re clean simply because they’re new.
💪 Our crews get hands-on. No relying on robots to do the hard work. We get inside the ductwork and put in the labor needed to get the job done right.
Whether it’s a brand-new school, commercial building, manufacturing facility, or a large-scale restoration project, Airroot brings the manpower, experience, and nationwide response capabilities to get it done.
We’re proud to support our Restoration Industry Partners and help make sure HVAC systems get the attention they deserve.
Because NEW doesn’t always mean CLEAN. And nobody does it like Airroot.
