Just a quick reminder. This is a great time to service your furnace and water heater.
All manufacturers say this should be done once per year, but recommend every 6 months if you full time. We would be happy to do this for you.
We will flush out your water heater and check condition of the anode rod, if so equipped. We can also service your furnace. We give it a good cleaning, and vacuum out your vents.
