Looking to hire a legal assistant and/or paralegal.

•Full-time or Part- time Legal Assistant (3 days a week) located in downtown Little Rock area. At least 2 years of legal experience required.

•Full-time Legal Assistant/Paralegal located in Little Rock but required to drive to Stuttgart, AR. Applicants preferably located in surrounding areas: Stuttgart, Pine Bluff, Clarendon, Hazen. Experience preferred but not required.

Are you having trouble finding good candidates? Are you wasting your time and their time going through the interview process only for the candidate to decline due to the salary? If you don’t want to post salary ranges, than maybe you can prescreen the applicant and tell them in the pre screening process? It gives them the opportunity to think about if they want to proceed or withdraw from the process.

As organizations consider disclosing pay information to job candidates, they need to step back and think about better informing their current employees about the pay structure. Job seekers and current employees both want to know that they are being treate
