I believe everyone should make time to take care of the cardio vascular system and participate in some kind of physical activity at least 4 days a week. From playing soccer or basketball in the yard with friends and family to challenging yourself and seeing how far you can push yourself. It doesn’t have to be super hard but it should be something.

Are you telling yourself "this year, I've got to get in shape this year!" But tell yourself you don't have time to go to the gym or don't want to go to a gym? Here are 70 exercises you can do at home. Pick 5 exercises and do 3 to 5 sets of 25 repetitions. Take your time at first and and track how long it takes you to complete the circuit. After 4 weeks try to do the circuit faster once you can consistently finish 5 sets of the 5 exercises in 30 minutes or close to it add an exercise and keep adding until you can work for an hour. By then you should be well on your way to meeting your goal! Let me know if you have questions or need help!

Boxing before breakfast! Mixed it up this morning and did a boxing circuit. Ya never know when you may have to defend yourself, lol. But Boxing makes me miss my boys Jordan aka JW23 & B-Raxton they loved to box so I did their favorite "Punches in Bunches" 2 minutes steady throwing, killer!!
