HTS LLC HTS LLC is a private consulting company that caters to clients that think outside the box to improve their company.

We offer a unique background of experience to apply to your companies needs so that you may achieve maximum performance at all levels. My journey started in Oklahoma where I grew up living on government supplied food and food stamps. Would not change that experience for anything. I learned a lot about working hard and enjoying life with what you have. I started playing team sports at an early age

and went to college to walk on and play football. While striving to become an NFL star, I quickly found out I was not going to be the new Barry Sanders and decided to start studying criminal justice. Money became an issue real quick and I went into Army ROTC to try and see if the military was for me. Although I enjoyed my time there I felt like I needed to do something different. I was introduced to a Navy SEAL and had never really heard of them or even knew what they did. He made it sound exciting and I really enjoyed the team aspect. I signed up and took my first ocean swim in Coronado, California during BUD/S training. From there I traveled the world and learned about new cultures, including the one I came from and how they are similar and different. The relationships I built throughout my career have influenced me in many ways. The character of an individual greatly outweighs any perception of them or their culture. This helped me become the person I am today and I could not be more grateful for all the leaders that mentored and coached me. ***If you have read the entire BIO, we can be friends, shoot me a message and we can learn a lot more.***
