Bentoville Food Theater is coming soon to the Square, and it will be a lot more than a standard restaurant.
The space is built around three chef-driven dining stages where the cooking happens right in front of guests, so the meal itself becomes part of the experience.
It’s expected to start with a strong Japanese influence, including yakitori, with the larger vision bringing in more global flavors over time.
On top of that, the Onyx side is expected to include a new east bar focused on matcha and tea, plus a walk-up window for quicker grab-and-go service.
The whole project combines the former Pressroom space with the area next to Onyx into one larger setup, and altogether it is a mix of sit-down dining, food experience, and quick-stop option all in one.
Looks to be opening up in May!
