GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
Seeking an individual with POS experience or prior sales experience; Self-motivated; Customer service oriented; Dependable; Flexible schedule & work week; Performance incentives; Bonus opportunities.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Sourcing new BestPOS customers; Hardware setup & second level POS support; New merchant training; Serve as a point of contact for BestPOS customers; Strong organizational and customer service skills; Effective written and verbal communication; Timely follow-up with customers, coworkers, and management; Contribute to BestPOS's growth & stability by successfully meeting company goals and building interpersonal relationships that result in customer retention.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB
Education: Education beyond High School preferred; High School diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: POS experience a +; Prior sales experience preferred.
Other: Bilingual +++; Must be customer service oriented; Dependable; Self-motivated; Quick learner; Be able to work independently with minimal supervision; Possess a desire to advance within the Company.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to lift up to but not exceeding 50 pounds regarding POS hardware
