After the loss of my Uncle in Jan of 2023, getting my Uncles house cleaned & ready to sell. Then the loss of my mother in April of 2024 . Now getting all the deferred maintenace on that property for my sister to stay there. With most of that done I finally had time to work on my layout. With that said I have added engine servicing to my layout. The fueling area & sanding rack were removed from my Uncle's layout & have now found a home on mine. Track has been laid. Next is ballasting all the trackage along with wiring it. Once that is done next will be tracks for Cleveland Cold Storage in a much reduced size than it was in reality.
