I've decided participate in a 365 project this year, where I take a photo every day for a whole year. My kids and I played hooky last week and we took a trip to the Bronx Zoo - a first time visit for all of us. We absolutely loved it and can't wait to go back (HAVE to go back actually to see the half of the zoo we didn't have time to see!). In true mom fashion, I took more photos of my children than I did of the animals. Couldn't help it...I just loved watching their awe and excitement from seeing the animals.

If you haven't even been to the Bronx Zoo or haven't been in a while, now is a perfect time to go. It's considered off season so the tickets are a bit cheaper, but there is still SO much to see!
