What’s your favorite thing to eat at a ballpark? 🌭🥨🥜 We spend a lot of time talking about salads… but today we’re talking baseball food. The best teams don’t just work together, they play together and today our team from The Salad House were refueling at a Somerset Patriots game with our friends from Jersey Sports Group. 📍TD Bank Ballpark – Bridgewater, NJ

Best Foods at Baseball Stadiums – Somerset Patriots Edition What’s it like to spend a day at a baseball game from a VIP suite? We ate our way through pizza, burgers, pretzels, chicken fingers, hot dogs and enough Cracker Jack to make everybody feel like a little kid again. One of the coolest company outing ideas I’ve seen AND at a baseball stadium! The Somerset Patriots are the Double-A affiliate of the New York Yankees and one of the best family-friendly experiences in Minor League Baseball. 📍TD Bank Ballpark – 860 E Main St, Bridgewater, NJ 08807 Minor League ⚾️

Best Foods at Baseball Stadiums – Lehigh Valley IronPigs Edition One of the best food teams in Minor League Baseball does it again at Coca-Cola Park. Between the over-the-top ballpark eats, ridiculous food promotions, and even a Red Robin reward after the IronPigs’ seventh strikeout, this was one of the most fun Triple-A baseball experiences we’ve had all season. The Lehigh Valley IronPigs are the Triple-A affiliate of the Philadelphia Phillies and one of the premier food and fan experiences in MiLB. 📍Coca-Cola Park – 1050 IronPigs Way, Allentown, PA 18109 IronPigs Red Robin Burgers

People always ask me how I eat burgers, pizza, baseball stadium food, amusement park concessions and film all that restaurant content without gaining a ton of weight. The answer is actually pretty simple: 🚶‍♂️ I walk a LOT. 🥗 And when I’m not out filming content, I try to eat really clean. Salad House has become a huge part of that for me because I can eat giant craveable salads and wraps without feeling like I’m giving up on flavor. This one is the new Italian Caesar of the Month with fresh mozzarella, balsamic chicken, pepperoncini, roasted red peppers and romaine and yeah… it’s bonkers good. I’m super hyped about our new Stackers because now I can add extra steak, veggies, fruit or protein as a low carb healthy side or appetizer. Sometimes you just want a little extra without ordering another full meal, right? 📍Available now at Saladhouse locations. The Salad House

🚗 The Be Kind Journey 2025 – Final Reflection 11 States ➡️ 2600 Miles ➡️ One Last Lesson Every year I take this self-reflection road trip chasing wild food, roller coasters, baseball games, roadside America… and a better mindset. But it’s really an outward journey for inward reflection. After 15 days on the road, one stop at Buttermilk Falls brought everything together, kindness, authenticity, presence, patience, and smiling. Not a recap. Just what the journey left with me. ☕️ Total espressos drank = 23 🚗 Total miles driven = 2600+ 🥔 Chips of the journey = 15 bags, 15 days
