We are currently experiencing an outage to customers in Needmore, PA. We are working to resolve, appears that a piece of equipment has failed on sideling hill that connects out to the tower in Needmore. I'll update as soon as we have it resolved.

Update on connectivity to Berkeley County area customers:

Due to the storm on Saturday night our Comcast fiber connection went down around 9:30pm and took until around 4:30pm on Sunday for them to repair.

Since that time we have seen the connection drop numerous times per day for short periods of time.

They are sending out a technician this morning to troubleshoot the issue and hopefully repair it fully. I would expect that they may have to disconnect it several times as they work on fully resolving. I'll post further updates here as they progress.

We just had a large storm pass thru Berkely Springs which has knocked out power at our facility, however the generator started and we are up and running without issue.

We use Comcast to connect to the Martinsburg/Hedgesville area and they appear to be down currently probably from the power outage. I don't have an ETA yet on their time to repair, but I'll update as soon as possible.

We currently have an outage at Cacapon mountain, working on it currently. No ETA on repair, will update as soon as possible

Shentel is currently having fiber issues, which is causing issues to certain towers. Currently the following towers are offline due to this outage:

Cacapon Mountain
Purslane
Hancock
Apple Orchard
Terry's Taxidermy
Paw Paw

I am working to get an ETA from them currently and I'll update the post as I get more information

We have a technician here looking at an issue with their fiber since they did maintenance on Friday last week. You may experience some outages over the next 10-30 minutes or so.

Shentel is moving their fiber due to the construction on 522. Some customers will experience outages as they move their infrastructure. They have an outage window until 6AM.

Comcast currently has an outage that impacting service to customers in Berkely County. We do not have an ETA for them to repair as of yet.

Looks like Comcast has an outage in our general area. Just called an opened a support ticket, they are not yet giving us an ETA for repair. This outage will impact customers in the Hedgesville/Martinsburg area. I'll update as they provide them to us.
