🇺🇸 Happy 4th of July from the Manitou Park Volunteer Fire Company! 🇺🇸
Today, as we celebrate 250 years of American independence, we honor the courage, sacrifice, and enduring spirit that have made our nation strong.
Our members are proud to once again participate in the Ocean Gate and Pine Beach Independence Day parades, celebrating alongside our neighboring communities. If you see us along the parade route, be sure to give us a wave! We are honored to represent the Manitou Park community while remaining ready to respond should the need arise.
This evening, members of the Manitou Park Volunteer Fire Company will also be standing by at Mathis Plaza during the Fireworks on the Toms River, helping ensure a safe and enjoyable event for everyone attending.
As you enjoy the holiday festivities, please keep these important fire safety reminders in mind:
🔥 Leave fireworks to the professionals and enjoy one of the many public displays in our area.
🔥 Never leave grills or fire pits unattended, and keep them well away from homes, decks, and dry vegetation.
🔥 Keep children and pets a safe distance from any open flames.
🔥 Stay hydrated throughout the day, especially in the summer heat.
🔥 If you’re celebrating with alcohol, never drive impaired—plan ahead for a safe ride home.
Whether you’re attending a parade, spending time with family, or watching the fireworks light up the sky, we wish everyone a safe, fun, and memorable Independence Day.
From all of us at the Manitou Park Volunteer Fire Company, Happy 4th of July, and God Bless America! 🇺🇸🚒
