First night in Tokyo with . Had an amazing lunch with a group of wine writers over a beautiful meal at — Marco is bridging the flavors of Mexico and Japan in a nuanced way. The wines complimented the finesse of his cooking and we were happy to share the story of MDC with such a great group! Also paid a visit to to sign some bottles — in good company with our friends 😎

To be honest, critical reviews of our wines are always something that we are looking forward to as winemakers and we truly enjoyed the conversation that ensued around who we are as a company and what we set out to do when we started MDC.
