I’ve had four day work weeks for 13 years because I know how to lead a team.

My newest private client said the darndest thing to me recently:

ā€œKiki, I wish I had known you before I fired ###x because I would have handled it so much better.ā€

This was at the end of a 2-week private mentoring container where I coached her through my Staff Change Communication Protocol after a popular team member submitted her resignation.
