Why You Matter

Hi, I’m Maryam Webster, founder of Every Woman Changes - a social entrepreneurship research-condenser and resource incubator for women doing good around the world. I roll a background in clinical and counseling psychology, industrial (or marketing) psychology, neurolinguistics, energy therapy and high performance coaching into solutions that bring my clients extraordinary results in business and lifestyle they cannot get elsewhere.

Why I do it, is because each of us have been given a unique and specific piece of the solution we need to heal our world. It’s been incubating in you since you were born, and every happiness and sadness you’ve been given have gone into creating the Remedy you are to some ill the world has. If your path is to be a Mother, a Maker, a Creator of things, or if yours is a path of Service and Leadership. Even if your path is humble, there is none so humble you do not matter.

Your life and what you do with it matters a great deal. You are a part of the Remedy and a Solution to the problems the earth faces right now. You were born at this place and this time for a specific and important reason.

Many of us are getting the Remedy and Solution we are out there, but others of us are stopped and silenced by the need to keep stafe, stay low and not speak up. We want to, but our minds tell us “don’t be seen! keep down!”. These voices are old fear-based survival skills that we need to keep us alive. They are deeply programmed into our human brains, and are reinforced by tough experiences when we’re young - of being excluded, hurt, neglected or criticized.
