Shared cultural heritage and a love of fine wine led to the partnership that gave birth to Covenant Winery. Our wines are sourced from some of the finest vineyards in Northern California - including Napa Valley, Sonoma Mountain, Dry Creek Valley and Lodi. sher winery operating in America since Prohibition! In 2011, a trip to Israel by Covenant founders Jeff Morgan and Leslie Rudd sparked a desire to make wine in Israel. The wine regions of Israel so reminded us of our California vineyards. The call of Israel proved so strong, that we made our first vintage of Covenant Israel in 2013. Since then, the Covenant Israel project continues to be an amazing journey for us.

Aliza is a chef, caterer, educator, and eighth-generation Jerusalemite. Raised in the kitchens and markets of Jerusalem, her cooking reflects the city's rich blend of flavors, cultures, and traditions — paired with the incredible abundance of Northern California.

For this pop-up, Aliza is bringing her own spice blends and herbal teas, along with curated finds from Israel. She'll also be featuring handmade ceramics from .clay, beautiful additions to any holiday table, inspired by the flavors and traditions she grew up with. We'll also have wine specials on hand so you can stock up for the holiday table. 🍷
