Bay Edge Cutlery Service Established in Berkeley in 2009, Bay Edge, Inc. provides cutlery service to chefs and food industry

The cutlery service tradition began in the late 1800s in Northern Italy. In the early 1900s Italian immigrants brought their industry to New York, Chicago and the mid-west. Kevin and Kathryn McCarthy started Bay Edge in order to revive an old family tradition and bring a unique service to the Bay Area.
