Impact Consulting

Impact Consulting "It always seems impossible until it's done." Nelson Mandela I'm an optimistic problem-solver with a can-do attitude.

My hope is to support nonprofit leaders with the important work they do. I can be an extra set of hands, a thought partner, or take something completely off your plate by managing a project from start to finish.

We're becoming Impact!

Same people you know, same work you count on, a name that finally fits who we've grown into. When this started, it was one person offering consulting. The work grew past that fast.

Strategy and evaluation came with facilitation, grant writing, coaching, and the hands-on help of getting things built and put into practice. We've spent years iterating, learning what our partners actually need, and building a bench, a group of trusted specialists and collaborators we bring in so the right people are at the table for the right project.

That's why we're letting "Consulting" go. Our work runs from first idea to finished result. We help shape the plan, find the funding, and stay through implementation so it holds. "Impact" says that more honestly than "Impact Consulting" ever could.

The look got a light refresh too but the heart of it hasn't moved.

Your mission. Our partnership. Greater Impact.

Thousands of Granite Staters shared their experiences with us through this work, and one message came through loud and clear:

When you have reliable transportation, life is a lot easier. When you don’t, almost everything gets harder.

Transportation affects whether people can get to work, earn an income, buy groceries, make medical appointments, access services, participate in their communities, and simply manage everyday life.

We’re happy to share this important work. The data matters, but so do the voices behind it. Those voices make a strong case that transportation isn’t just about getting from one place to another. It’s about access, independence, opportunity, aging in place, and quality of life.

The New Hampshire Commission on Aging has released Getting There Together, the state’s largest study of community transportation. The report explains where older adults, veterans, and disabled adults are facing transportation challenges, including missed medical appointments, how confident older adults feel behind the wheel, and other key measures of transportation security.

We’re excited to launch the very first Archways Book Club!

For our first book, we’ll be reading and discussing The Fire I Fed by Dr. Andrew W. Seefeld. Over eight weeks, we’ll come together for conversation, reflection, and shared learning as we explore themes of addiction, recovery, self-awareness, and healing.

The Book Club will meet Thursdays from 12:00–1:00 PM via Zoom, beginning September 24.

We’re also excited to have a special guest for our final session on November 12: Dr. Andrew W. Seefeld, the author of The Fire I Fed! Dr. Seefeld will join us to talk about the inspiration behind the book and participate in a live Q&A.

Whether you’re an avid reader or just looking for a new way to connect and learn with others, we’d love to have you be part of our first Book Club.

Join us this fall!

Registration is required. See Eventbrite link in comments.
