332d Rear Operations Center (ROC) The Official 332d Support Detachment page The 332d ROC assists with information and terrain management in the rear area of operations.

Personnel in the until consists of a wide range of specialties from many of the army branches including infantry, engineers, field artillery, intelligence, and military police. The unit is broken into several sections that have their own unique mission in supporting rear operations. Operations Section: Assists in collecting, analyzing and disseminating tactical information to units to maximize se

curity for conducting rear operations. Plans: Coordinates the preparation of plans and orders for rear operations. Fire Support Element (FSE): Incorporate fire support planning and coordination, such as air defense. Area Damage Control (ADC): Plan and coordinate measures to minimize vulnerability to damage and coordinate resources for repairing damages that have occurred. BDCT: Assist Base Clusters and Bases with the development and implementation of defense plans and ensures awareness of their responsibilities within the tactical chain of command.

OK so for those of you 64th ROC and 332d ROC members, the 64th is having a get together next year.... Yes a whole year to make sure you save the date! Below is from SFC Buss and from the 64th site. If you are not a member there, post a reply otherwise, make sure to stop by that page and let them know you are interested. An invite to get RSVPs and such will be forthcoming.

"Date has been set for the first 64th ROC Reunion. It will be Saturday, July 18, 2015 in Monroe. I will be sharing more information about the details such as exact locations, cost, food, and such as we get closer. I plan to keep it very simple and as low cost as possible to everyone who can attend can enjoy. The purpose is to have a great time together, not a minute-by-minute planned event. It would be great to see all that can attend! I will also be sending out info in the near future about RSVP'ing for our planning purposes. Your task... First, please do what you can to attend and also get the word out. All who have been a part of the ROC at any time are invited!"

In light of Active Army reductions the 332d ROC (ASG) unit/UIC has been selected to be retained for a new initiative…. Who knows what could happen… Nothing too specific yet but there seems to be good reason to keep this page going.
