It’s been a while since I posted about food.
Yesterday, we had a potluck at church. It’s usually not my favorite way to eat. I love the ambiance though. Today was about me🙌🏽
I started the day with a high protein (chickpeas flour) pancakes. 🥞

The second meal was kale, red cabbage, avocados and carrots salads with homemade dressing with cashew nuts; and rice and coconut curry chickpeas.

I have been so busy that I needed to give a little time for my palate. I praised God in the process. Just by looking at the colors and nutrients in the foods, I think He deserves all the credits for providing this miracle.

As I am becoming more and more busy teaching, i realize that I need to make time for the nutrition part of wellness.
It’s easy to just eat whatever because healthy eating appears not to be the priority when we have deadlines.

I used to think I had God all figured out. But it turns out, I had to truly know myself before I could even begin to understand Him.

At 60, I feel more grounded, more secure, and more *me* than ever before. This isn’t an ending; it’s the most exciting beginning. I have a feeling this decade is going to be the best one yet. 🙌🏽

**🌸 Easter Healing: He Makes All Things New 🌸**

This Easter, let your heart find restoration in the One who conquered the grave. 💖

🌿 **He is the Mighty Rock** — broken for *our* healing, His wounds are the remedy for every hurt.
🌿 **He is the Cooling Shade** — His resurrection breathes peace into our pain, reviving weary souls.
🌿 **He is the Faithful Guide** — leading us from despair’s wilderness into the dawn of hope.
🌿 **He is the Shelter** — His empty tomb proves even death bows to His life-giving power.

Whatever brokenness you carry, lay it at His feet. The same hands that rose from the grave can mend what feels shattered. Easter isn’t just a story—it’s His promise that *no wound is beyond His redemption*.

God will heal you instantly or let your healing go slower or let you rest in the sleep of death. It’s all about His purpose for you!
But in all three cases, healing occurs according to His will. He healed me from the so-called incurable disease.

Before I met Jesus and learned about His healing principles, I took my body for granted. I thought going all night without sleeping wasn’t a big deal. I had no idea He has planned rest as a medicine for me and you. He gave us the nightly rest (8 hours) and the weekly 24-hour rest.

✳️The best part of all this is that His motivation is love. He loves to communicate with us and a super tired body is a tired brain.
