New construction. North Lebonon Elementary School. Still a work in progress. Just some updated pictures of the progress. We are installing all of the pipe work, boilers, and pumps associated with the heating and cooling systems for the school.

Carbondale housing authority, Carbondale PA. Demoed out boilers and domestic water heaters from this high rise. Installed 2 new lochinvar heating boilers, 2 new lochinvar domestic hot water boilers, and two new taco pumps.

Starting a new project in Wilkes Barre. This is the Luzern County Transit Authority. It is a new construction garage and office space being built in the city. We just received the boilers to be set inside the mechanical room.

Schnecksville, PA

Installation of 2 VRF systems. 1 system for future office space and 1 system for NetZero office. Installation of energy recovery units throughout the building. All pipe work and ductwork was installed in exposed ceilings.

York Hall, Williamsport PA

Demoed old carrier chiller,remote condenser, and concrete pad for condenser. Set and installed York 60 ton chiller and remote condenser. Installed new concrete pad for remote condenser. Ran lineset unground outside of building.

Complete demo of old chiller and water tower. Set and install 4- 90 ton modular stackable chillers (360 Ton total). Install new water tower and new steel structure for tower. Changed out water tower pumps. Installed new chiller loop pumps and reconfigured steel piping to accommodate injection set up.

Hosler Corp has donated a brand new boiler to the BTCCA and Hosler Enterprise is generously donating the labor and parts to install it today! We are very grateful to both of them for their support and being a part of making the Berwick Theater even better for our patrons and community.

Due to the installation, we will not have heat until Friday and will be closed tonite. Our apologies for the inconvenience, but our Theater will be much warmer with our new, big boiler!

Pottsville Housing Authority, Pottsville, PA.

▪️Demoed old boiler, pipe work, pumps, controls, and electrical.
▪️Installed new pads with 2 new 1,000,000 BTU boilers.
▪️Installed new pumps with all new steel pipe work.
▪️Ran new gas lines, flue pipe and fresh air pipe to boilers.
▪️Ran new electrical conduit for power and all control work.
🎨 Painted entire boiler room upon completion.
