Congratulations to the leaders at PEAKE Technology Partners on completing a year-long leadership development journey!

Through quarterly workshops, monthly leader-led development discussions supported by Nally lesson plans, an internal book club based on The Leadership Challenge, and ongoing access to the Nally Learning Hub, participants had the opportunity to learn, practice, discuss, and reinforce new leadership skills throughout the year.

This blended approach combined internal leadership engagement with external development resources to create a leadership experience that extended well beyond the classroom.

Thank you to the PEAKE HR and leadership teams for their partnership and commitment to developing their people. It was a privilege to be part of the journey.
