This was our very first machine which was placed in a good location. Unfortunately, after a year in place we had to pull the machine because the employees had zero respect for it. They tilted and shook the machine which lead to maintenance calls for repairs. Management at the facility gave warnings, but to no avail they continued to disrespect the machine. As a result, we ended the agreement and had the machine moved. To all the vending machine operators, stick to your policies that you set. There will always be other locations.
