From 77 bidders to 3 finalists. The journey brought us to Lexington, Virginia. 🇺🇸

SERVE Advisory Group leaders, alongside our Subject Matter Experts from the Institute 4 , traveled to the historic Virginia Military Institute (VMI) to present our oral proposal before VMI leadership and procurement professionals.

Being selected as one of three finalists from a field of 77 bidders is an achievement we are proud of—but more importantly, it gave us the opportunity to share how our team approaches the work that matters: developing leaders, strengthening organizations, building cohesion, and turning insight into meaningful action.

VMI's Leadership Development Consultant initiative seeks to strengthen leadership development, organizational communication, collaboration, innovation, and institutional effectiveness.

Those objectives align closely with what SERVE Advisory Group and the Institute 4 Priority Thinking bring to organizations: experienced leaders, proven practitioners, thoughtful assessment, and strategies built for execution—not just presentation.

Happy fourth to Meghan Morris! Certainly been an exciting ride as she's Project Managed several different engagements in various agencies, shepherded internal initiatives, negotiated premature DOGE contract cancellations, and led our first international engagement around a looming threat of US Military involvement in the country- all in a few years work while navigating as dynamic a personal life as one imagine! We appreciate your steady hand through all Meghan, and look forward to your leadership in hopefully more calm years to come! .

As we approach , would be remised if we did not take a moment to reflect back on the great time we had on our recent contract with Defence HQ providing what insight we could in to the finalization of the great and the work they are doing to effectively rehabilitate and aid the reovery for their Wounded, Injured, and Sick . Cannot wait until it opens in 2026, and continuing our efforts with the Ministry of Defence MOD Ng !

As we close out National Week, we would be short-sighted if we did not recognize the resilience, agility, and nimble nature all business- particularly businesses in our industry have had to exude this year, in a year of many unforeseen changes. Those changes led us to our first projects, one being in . Still a bit surreal to have proposed a project in a continent we had not visited, and showing up to sign it with the 2-Star who accepted it, and seeing it on the table in his suite before signing. Ready for the continuing pivots that will be needed in 2026, and !

Always an honor to take consume and take part in on the hill. In an that is willing to peel back the onion on many things, it is great that the is taking a look at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs structure- one that cost the taxpayer an inordinate amount without intended benefits. We are looking forward to further examining this over the year!
