I’m Mahmoud “Moe” Elhussini, and that approach to continuous improvement is what drew me to The Growth Coach. I started my career in business analytics, management, and sales operations, before moving into strategic business de
velopment consulting at a domestic and international level. In 2005 I was awarded the title of ambassador of Peace from the Interreligious and International Federation for World Peace; we helped families from various sects and faiths who were facing hardships during wartime in their home countries. We traveled to Jerusalem, Jordan, and other regions to extend a helping hand. In January of 2014, I joined academia and have taught courses in business, decision-making, sales and marketing management, Organizational behavior, global business operations, strategic mindset, and more at both graduate and undergraduate levels. I’m also a published researcher and advisor to dozens of students each year, and, to top it off, I own a dry-cleaning business. I started thinking about opening a coaching business because of my passion for helping people, connecting with students, helping them start their careers, and seeing their ‘ah hah’ moment. I realized I wanted to do more of that outside of the educational setting. Opening The Growth Coach allows me to put my experience in corporate America and as a business owner, my education, and my passion for working for small businesses right here in my community. I know what it’s like to start a business from scratch and build it from the ground up, especially during challenging times. I know how overwhelming and stressful it can be – I’ve lived it too. I live in Easton with my wife, Nazek, and our two children, Omar and Sarah. I have a BA in Biology, MBA in Global Management, a DBA in International Business, and an MS and Advanced Certificate in Pharmaceutical Technology and Pharmaceutical Technology Management.
